We offer two free setup calls with the purchase of our ozone generators and packages and our EWOT equipment. This can be a phone call or a video Zoom call, where we will help guide you through initial setup and use. Below you can find out how to sign up for a consultation.

In the main menu, mouse over Support, then click on Support Options. On mobile this will be found in the main menu or via the Support link at the top of the page.

Under "Already Have Promolife Equipment?", click on Schedule a Setup Consultation.

Choose the type of meeting you'd like. There is a phone and Zoom option for Ozone and EWOT. Click Book.

A calendar will load. At the top, under Your Time Zone, you can change your location if you're not in Central Time. This will make sure you get the right times for your area.

Choose a date and time, mouse over the time, and click Continue.

This will load the info form. Fill out the form and let us know what you need help with, then submit the form. Please be as specific as you can so we can be sure to be prepared ahead of time.

Your confirmation will show a meeting link if you chose Zoom or simply confirm your meeting if you chose Phone. If you chose phone and you're in the United States, we will call you at the chosen time. If you're international, you'll want to call us at your meeting time.
