Free Shipping applies only to UPS Ground or USPS in the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for non-freight items on orders over $79. Other options and locations are available.
Shipping prices on probiotics, some freight items and all international orders will incur additional shipping charges. For saunas, lift gate fees may apply and beyond-point shipping addresses may require some shipping charges. In some cases the shipping price may be reflected during checkout. Please call 1-888-742-3404 for a shipping quote, or if you place an order, we will contact you when we receive it to inform you of any additional shipping charges before processing your order.
Shipments are sent during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed in the afternoon may not be picked up until the next business day.
Note about expedited shipping options: In rare cases, expedited options like Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day may not meet their estimated arrival dates due to storms and other natural disasters that slow down the shipping carrier. As the carrier does not provide refunds for delays due to acts of nature, Promolife can not be held responsible for such delays. Please note that Saturday delivery with UPS is not available in all markets. Saturday deliveries with UPS are considered a special accommodation, and as such may require an additional cost. For inquiries into a Saturday delivery, please call before placing an order.
We ship worldwide: just let us know if you are outside of the USA. You can choose to have us ship internationally as we usually do, or you can take advantage of a forwarding service. It's up to you.
Note about international shipping: Due to the nature of international shipping, USPS (United States Postal Service) does not guarantee any estimated shipment arrival given. Any USPS shipping option chosen by the customer, especially any expedited option, should be considered to be chosen at the customer's own risk. Promolife can not be held responsible for any international shipments that did not arrive on the estimated arrival date, and no refunds will be given in such an occurrence.
Customs Clearance: As a result of the pandemic many customs/import offices are overwhelmed. Unfortunately this is nothing that Promolife can effect, however we make every effort on our end to assure Customs Departments have all the paperwork and documentation necessary to expedite this process. Customers ordering internationally should expect the possibilities of delays in customs approval. Promolife cannot be held liable for such delays.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes: The goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Promolife to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the buyer agrees that Promolife may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The buyer will pay any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
