For additional protection, Promolife offers an ozone trap, a piece of borosilicate laboratory glass that provides a physical barrier between a liquid-based accessory and the generator. The trap holds up to 100 mL and includes a stand with tubing and connectors already attached.

An ozone trap does not replace a check valve; the two are typically used together. A trap is most useful in setups involving ozonated water, ozonated oils, or oil bubblers.

Tubing and connectors link every component of an ozone system together. Promolife uses ozone-compatible silicone tubing, and all accessories connect using Luer lock fittings, which provide a secure connection and allow accessories to be exchanged easily. When building or modifying a setup, it is important to use tubing and connectors rated for ozone use rather than general-purpose alternatives.

Accessory kits included with Promolife generators typically contain silicone tubing with a Luer lock adapter, oxygen tubing with a Luer lock adapter, additional Luer lock adapters, a check valve, and dust caps.

Any ozone application produces some amount of excess gas that is not absorbed or used. An ozone destruct system converts this excess ozone back into oxygen before it is released into the surrounding air.

Promolife offers destruct systems as standalone accessories and as integrated components on certain equipment, such as water bubbler/humidifier combinations. Destruct systems are particularly needed when working with water bubblers, where excess ozone will escape into the surrounding space if not attached to a destruct system.

Ozone gas for rectal or vaginal insufflation is typically collected using either a syringe or a multi-chamber insufflation bag. Promolife's ozone-compatible syringes are available in 10 mL, 60 mL, and 200 mL sizes, constructed with ozone-resistant silicone plungers and Luer lock fittings.

Beyond insufflation, syringes are also used to collect ozone gas, fill other equipment, or flush accessories. The 60 mL syringe is the most common size included in Promolife packages, and the 200 mL syringe is also available individually. An ozone syringe filling system is available for users who need to fill multiple syringes at once.

Multi-chamber insufflation bags offer an alternative to syringes, allowing a specific volume of ozone to be prepared in advance of an insufflation. Promolife pairs these bags with Luer lock catheters in several kits; the Rectal Insufflation Package, for example, offers a choice between three multi-chamber bags with ten catheters, or a syringe-based alternative.

Neither option is superior. Syringes offer simplicity, while bags offer larger capacity and more flexible preparation. The appropriate choice depends on personal preference and the specific protocol being followed; however, multi-chamber bags are the most popular by far.

Two accessories are designed for specific insufflation applications rather than general use. The Vaginal Ozone Insufflation Kit is constructed from medical-grade silicone with a spiral design intended to increase surface contact and includes the insertion device along with three feet of tubing; it can be connected directly to a generator or used alongside a humidifier and a destruct system.

The Teflon Ozone Earscope directs ozone gas into the ear canal. Teflon's resistance to ozone makes it suitable for repeated use, and the earscope's removable ear buds allow it to be used safely across multiple people. Both accessories are relevant only to customers specifically interested in these applications.

Topical ozone accessories are differentiated primarily by the size of the area being treated. Ozone cups, available in glass or silicone, direct ozone onto a specific, relatively small area. Both options include a built-in filter/destruct and the glass cups are available in multiple sizes. Silicone cups are more flexible and conform more easily to curved areas of the body.

Promolife's silicone cup set includes two cups of different sizes. Limb bags are appropriate for covering a larger area, such as an entire arm or leg. Promolife offers both disposable and reusable limb bags; reusable bags use a silicone seal, while disposable bags are secured with a Velcro strap and can generally be reused multiple times. A limb bag splitter allows ozone to be divided between two bags, making it possible to treat both arms or both legs simultaneously.

For whole-body topical application, the Full Body Ozone Bag encloses the body (aside from your head) in a chlorine-free PEVA bag measuring approximately 3 feet by 7 feet 10 inches, sealed with a snag-resistant zipper around the neck. This bag can also be paired with a far infrared heat source to create a sauna-style setup.

Ozone gas should not be inhaled directly. For customers interested in breathing ozonides, ozone
is instead bubbled through olive oil, and the resulting gas is delivered through a nasal cannula:

Promolife's 200 mL oil bubbler includes a flask, stem, stand, and nasal cannula.

The Ozone Saline Eye Drop System produces ozonated saline for use as eye drops. The kit includes a 50 mL all-glass bubbler, a glass eye dropper, Luer lock connectors, and a glassware stand, and is used with preservative-free saline or an appropriate contact solution alongside a generator and destruct system.

Because the eyes are especially sensitive, this application calls for particular attention to proper instructions and professional guidance.

Ozone dental accessories begin with the Dental Handpiece being constructed from 316 stainless steel with ozone-resistant components, and includes tubing with Luer lock connectors and pre-bent blunt-tip needles for directing ozone to specific areas of the mouth.

Flow control differs by generator: with the O3Elite line, the generator must be powered off to stop ozone flow; with the O3Arc line, the auxiliary port and foot pedal allow hands-free control, which is why the O3Arc and O3Arc Lite is generally preferred for professional use.

Additional dental accessories include silicone tooth cups for directing ozone to individual teeth, replacement tubing sets, a handpiece holder compatible with the O3Arc models, and a mobile dental cart. Together, these accessories can turn a generator and handpiece into a complete dental workstation.

An ozone generator's output depends on a consistent, high-purity oxygen source. Promolife offers low-flow regulators and tubing for connecting oxygen tanks to a generator, which is important because most ozone applications call for relatively low flow rates, many of Promolife's instructional videos demonstrate equipment at 1/8 LPM, though the appropriate rate varies by application. Prefilled oxygen tanks and regulators are also available as part of several packages for customers who prefer not to source oxygen separately.

Ozone sauna applications require additional equipment beyond a standard generator. Promolife's Home Ozone Sauna Package pairs the O3Elite Dual with an oxygen concentrator, low-flow regulator, tubing, and a selected sauna. Depending on your choice of sauna you will also be supplied with a connection kit for securing tubing to your infrared sauna.

Because sauna applications require higher ozone volume, Promolife recommends the O3Elite Dual for this use.
