Use the cleaning schedule as listed below:

We recommend cleaning your generator after the first 30 days of use. After that follow the cleaning schedule based upon hours of use.
If you use LESS than 2 hours per day, clean every 2 to 3 months.
If you use LESS than 4 hours per day, clean every 1 to 2 months.
If you use MORE than 4 hours per day, clean every month.
