Submitting Warranty or Return Requests

1. To submit a warranty or return request, log in using the Log In/Sign Up link at the top of every page.

2. Enter your information and log in to your account.

3. Now click your name at the top of the page to pull up the Account links. Click Orders.

4. On your Orders page, find the order you need and click Return/Warranty Items? on the right side.

5. Enter the quantity of each product you want to return or warranty, enter your information, and click Submit Request.
