The On Demand Ozone System is an ideal option for users who want easy filling of ozone syringes, with options that make almost any setup work better.
The On Demand Ozone System is designed to be used between an existing ozone generator and other applications, while providing one button or foot switch operation for filling ozone syringes. Ozone enters the unit through the Ozone in port on the left side, and exits through the Ozone Out on the right side.
A syringe can be securely attached to the port at the top. When you're ready to fill it, either push the button on the top of the unit to direct ozone into the syringe, or press the foot pedal switch and hold it in place. When it's full, press the button again or release the foot switch and ozone will exit into your ozone destruct or ozone water bubbler.
This is a great solution for practitioners who want to fill syringes without ozone entering the room. when syringes are not being filled you can direct it into a water bubbler/humidifier, an ozone destruct system, or an Ozone Dental Handpiece. This small unit can add a variety of options to your practice.
The hands-free foot switch is great for dental applications, allowing you to fill syringes or use the Dental Handpiece for targeted ozone administration to teeth without needing to free a hand to change the direction of the ozone from the device.
Note: This unit requires an ozone generator, sold separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there a fan? Electronic syringe ports use electromagnets to change the flow direction of ozone. When the magnet is engaged, a small amount of heat is generated. Some uses require the magnet to be engaged for a longer than normal time and the fan ensures the ozone concentration remains stable.
What materials are used? The only materials ozone ever comes in contact with are 316 Stainless Steel and Teflon. Both are graded 100% A for contaminate-free ozone.
How accurate is the syringe port? The flow accuracy depends on your oxygen regulator. If your regulator is off, it will reflect in performance when filling a syringe.
