Shipping Times and COVID-19

We are experiencing a large uptick in order and call volume. Combined with delays in the shipping industry, we can't currently guarantee delivery dates. Though we are working hard to continue getting orders out within 72 hours of being placed, there may be a delay on some orders of five or more days. Glassware is being shipped as it comes in but may have a two to three week lead time.

We have temporarily disabled expedited shipping.

As we always do, we regularly sanitize the manufacturing, sales, and shipping areas. As we do not have a retail store, we currently do not allow the public to enter our building.

HIGH CALL VOLUME

Please note that our call volume is very high at this time. We are doing our best to return calls as quickly as we can. If you need product support after going through the manuals and setup videos and call us, a tech will get back with you as soon as possible. A return call may not happen the same day, but we are making every effort.
