- It is recommended you have two people to help take the sauna off the truck (the truck driver is not required to help take the unit off the truck)

- ALWAYS INSPECT THE PACKAGE FOR DAMAGES AND IF THERE ARE DAMAGES PLEASE CALL US AND OR SIGN THE DELIVERY AS DAMAGED.
The sauna comes in six pieces with two pieces per box all packed in a crate. There is one small box that contains the accessories (bolts, instruction manual, etc). It is recommended you cut the band the crate is wrapped with and remove one box at a time. If you have questions setting up your sauna please call us at 1-888-742-3404.

IMPORTANT: More Freight Information
Freight companies/truckers have been talking customers into extra accessorial charges by telling them they are required to have a liftgate, fork lift, or that they are not allowed in the truck to uncrate their sauna. Please become aware and become the expert in receiving your sauna and tell the trucker/freight terminal that you know how to break down the pallet and remove pieces from the truck. You, the customer must be proactive. When the freight company sees a 400 pound shipment, they assume forklift/liftgate is a necessity. They then tell the customer this is a necessity and the customer assumes the freight company knows best, but not in this instance. This is very important in keeping the cost of freight charges to a minimum. A liftgate charge is $75.00 to $125.00 depending on the carrier and all this does is lower the sauna to the ground. The customer will still have to break down the pallet and take the sauna into their home. Remember the freight company is looking for new ways to make more money from each shipment.
