How the AutoClor Chlorine Generator Works

The patented AutoClor system purifies pool and spa water through the process of electrolysis.  This process breaks salt into its basic elements, sodium and chlorine.  The chlorine then disinfects the water, is converted back to salt, and the process is repeated.

Will My Pool or Spa Water Taste Like Salt?

Using the AutoClor System, you will not be able to taste the salt in your pool or spa water.  The salinity of sea water is 12 times stronger, and the salinity of a tear drop is 2.5 times stronger than the salinity level that your Chlorine Generator would produce.  The low salinity level does not harm other water filtration devices you may be using.  Even though a low .2 ppm of chlorine will be present in your water, you will not experience the smell, harmful effects, or other problems associated with using traditional toxic chlorine chemicals.
