How To Order

There are several ways to order from Promolife.  You can use our website to make secure payments with your credit card, through PayPal, Amazon Payments or through Google Checkout.  You can call us toll free at 888-742-3404.  Or you can print out and fill in our offline order form.

Below you'll find a guide to our website.  This shows you all of the most important features of the site and takes you through the order process.  You can use this to familiarize yourself if you desire. This assumes you've used our search or the category links on the left of every page to find a product of interest.



Product Page (above)

A:  The product name, plus a share button that allows you to quickly email, print, forward or post the product to social networks. 

B:  The price and product code, review links and Tell A Friend.

C:  If there are product options, they appear here.

D:  Choose a quantity and add to basket.



Cart Page (above)

A:  The product you added.  To remove, click the green X on the left.  To change quantities, change the number in the box and click Apply Changes in the  blue strip below.

B:  Shows the current totals.

C:  If you have a coupon code, enter it here, then click Apply Changes.

D:  Choose to continue to payment with PayPal, credit card or Amazon, or checkout through Google Checkout below (you'll then be redirected to Google to pay).



Information entry page (above)

A:  If you already have an account, you can log in and skip reentering information.

B:  If you don't have an account or don't want one, fill out your billing info (you'll have a chance to change the shipping address later).

C:  Choose if you want an account or not.  If you do, enter passwords.  If not, click the small box.

D:  Here is our return and coupon policies, as well as our newsletter signup.

E:  When you're done, hit submit.



Confirmations (above)

A:  Here you can make changes to either address.

B:  Choose a shipping method if you don't want free (if you're outside of the US you'll probably need to contact us for a shipping quote).

C:  One last change to enter a coupon.

D:  Choose to place order now if you want to pay with a credit card, PayPal or Amazon.  Or you can use Google Checkout below.



Payment page (above)

A:  If you don't use Google Checkout, here you choose how you do want to pay.

B:  Comments, catalog codes, dispenser codes and the like can go here.

C:  Click Make Payment.  If you chose credit card you'll go to the credit card entry page and finish your checkout.  If you chose PayPal or Amazon you'll be taken to their sites to log in, select your funding source, and complete payment.
