There are several ways to order from Promolife. You can use our website to make secure payments with your credit card, through PayPal, Amazon Payments or through Google Checkout. You can call us toll free at 888-742-3404. Or you can print out and fill in our offline order form.

Below you'll find a guide to our website. This shows you all of the most important features of the site and takes you through the order process. You can use this to familiarize yourself if you desire.
The Homepage
A: Customer Center. Here you can login, logout and check your account.
B: You can view your cart no matter what page you're on, just click the link.
C: Our search box is on nearly every page.
D: All of our main categories appear to the left. When you click one you'll be taken to a page with subcategories or with products.
After you find a product that is interesting to you...
E: Click on our SHARE icon to email the page to a friend, bookmark it, print it or post it on numerous social networking sites. By doing this you help introduce others to our products.
F: This area shows the default price, any reviews, and allows you to write a review, tell a friend or add to your wish list. If the product has product options, they will appear directly underneath this section. Product options will be available in drop down menus - you simply select the options you desire.
G: Choose a quantity and click Add To Basket to add the item to your cart.
After you've added an item to your cart....
H: You can remove an item or change the quantity. Click Apply Changes if you change anything.
I: If you have a coupon code, you can enter it here. Make sure to click Apply Changes when you're done.
J: From here you have the option to go ahead and pay with your Google Checkout account, or click Credit Card or PayPal to see our other payment options. For this example we will click Credit Card or PayPal. If you select Google Checkout, just follow Google's instructions and you'll be done.

K: If you already have an account, you Log In to speed up the process and add this new order to your account.
L: Enter your billing information. This will be the address associated with your credit card statement. Don't worry, you can enter a different shipping address in the next step if you need to.
M: If you want to create an account (for easy order tracking, history, etc) enter and confirm a password. If you don't want an account, check the small box and no account will be logged for you when your order is placed.
N: When you're ready, click Submit & Continue.

P: If additional shipping options are available for your particular items, you can select one here. Or you can keep the free ground shipping for the continental USA.
If you want to use Google Checkout, you have one more chance to do so here. Otherwise, click
Place Order Now to choose one of our other payment methods.

Q: Choose to pay using our secure processor (Authorize.net), PayPal or your Amazon account. If you choose PayPal, simply follow their instructions. If you choose Amazon, you'll log in to your Amazon account to select a payment method you have on file there. Follow their instructions. If you choose secure credit card payment, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card details and make your final payment.
R: After selecting your payment method, click Make Payment to finalize your order.
