There are several ways to order from Promolife.  You can use our website to make secure payments with your credit card, through PayPal or through Google Checkout.  You can call us toll free at 888-742-3404.  Or you can print out and fill in our offline order form.

Below you'll find a guide to our website.  This shows you all of the most important features of the site and takes you through the order process.  You can use this to familiarize yourself if you desire.

HOMEPAGE

A:  This is where you can log in or register.  When you're already logged in, this is where your account link will show up as well.

B:  These are our most used site documents on financing, privacy, how to contact us and more.

C:  Our menu includes all of our categories.  You can either click directly on a category or, if a small arrow appears next to it, bring up a flyout menu with subcategories.  If you don't see the arrows, your javascript or dhtml menu is probably turned off, but you don't need to turn it on!  You can always click on a main category and it will give you a list of any underneath.

D:  Our phone number, free shipping notice and help guide are here.  You can use the help guide if you know what you want but don't know where to find it.  We will be constantly adding to that page, so if what you want isn't there, that doesn't mean we don't have it.  Search for it or give us a call.

E:  Don't have long distance or just don't have time to call right then?  Click this, fill in some quick info and we'll call you!

EVERY PAGE


F:  At the bottom of the menu you will always see your shopping cart.  This way you can see what you've already added no matter what page you're on.

PRODUCT PAGE


G:  If you scroll to the bottom of any product page, you'll find this section.  This is where you'll see the price, tell a friend, add to your wish list, write a review and add to basket.  This is also where product options will appear if there are any for that particular product.

CART PAGE


H:  After adding a product you get the cart page.  H is where you'll see what's in your cart and have the ability to add or remove items.

I:  If you've added quantities, you will find the button to apply your changes here.  This is also where the checkout button is for those using credit cards or PayPal.

J:  If you prefer to use Google Checkout, you can go ahead and click the button for it to pay and bypass the rest of our process.

CHECKOUT INFORMATION PAGE


K:  Once you've chosen to checkout, you come here.  K is where you can log in or retrieve your password if you've made an account with us before.

L:  Enter your billing information here.  This is the address your credit card statement goes to.

M:  You can either set a password to log back in later or click the checkbox to not create an account.

N:  Agree to our return policy and then hit Submit.

SHIPPING SELECTION PAGE


O:  Here you can make changes to your billing or shipping information.

P: Select your shipping speed.

Q:  Hit Place Order Now to continue, or once again you can use Google Checkout.

PAYMENT METHOD PAGE


R:  Choose your payment method, credit cards or PayPal.

S:  Hit Make Payment.

At this point if you chose PayPal you will be taken through their login and payment procedure.  If you chose Authorize you will enter your credit card information and submit it.  We'll get your order, process it, and send it on its way.
