How to use the FIR Bag: Place bag on floor, bed or desired location and spread out flat. Plug control box into the wall outlet and corresponding cords from the bag into the control box. Turn rear switch on. Set timer and temperature to desired setting. Press the run button. Get into the bag and fold the bag over you until you are entirely covered. You can now either enjoy the Far Infrared Heat and or sweat depending on how long you wish your treatment to take.
