How is it made?

The ingredients are heated to a temperature of 1,600 C to eliminate toxic ingredients. The result is a fine powder of 0.1 micron that is contained in the Bio-Mat. When the mud is heated, it emits numerous healthy long wave infrared rays. That's why it is also classified as biologically active soil. Natural Jade also produces numerous long wave infrared rays. These rays vitalize the biological function of your cells, increase blood circulation, promote perspiration, relieve Neuralgia, back ache and arthritis pain, and eliminate toxins. How does the Bio-Mat work?

Unlike an electric blanket, these pads do not get hot when turned on. However, when you lie down on it, it warms the inside of your body and the part of the pad making contact with your skin gets warm. When any part of the pad gets higher than the selected temperature, the sheet current is cut off by thermal sensors distributed throughout the pad. It comes with an external control box where the AC is converted to DC and you can adjust the desired temperature of the pad.

You may encounter a less than normal conformability when you first begin to use this mat based on your sensitivity. If this is so, it is highly suggested you use this unit for at least one week and sleep on the mat.
