The Austin Air Allergy Machine is the only air purifier that uses High Efficiency Gas Absorption, or HEGA filtration. HEGA takes contaminates out of your air before they can trigger allergies or asthma.
The 360 degree filtering system brings air in from all sides before pushing it through filtration. Each minute, this purifier pulls over 250 cubic feet of air through the four stage HEGA filter that contains activated military carbon cloth, and over 60 square feet of medical grade HEPA. Your air is cleaner, faster.
The four stage filtering system includes the large particle pre-filter that removes larger particles like hair, dust and pet dander; a medium particle pre-filter that removes mold, pollen and spores; sixty feet of true medical grade HEPA to remove bacteria and viruses; and activated military carbon cloth that removes gases, odors and chemicals.
