Teeter makes inversion tables with certified quality.  Typically these tables aren't required to meet any particular performance or structural requirements but Teeter tables are submitted to Underwriters Laboratories.  They meet the UL 1647 standard for safety, real world use and reliability.  Other tables don't.  In order to be UL Listed under these requirements, Teeter tables must pass cycle testing to 30,000 repetitions minimum, a weight load test to a minimum 400% safety factor based on the rated max user weight and ankle closure endurance for a minimum 30,000 reps.
