Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that uses mugwort, otherwise known as moxa.  Moxa is usually ground into a fluff or rolled into sticks and is burned on or over a patient's skin.  It is used to warm particular regions of the body and acupuncture points to stimulate circulation and induce a smoother flow of qi.
