The Large NeckEase is designed to be used around the neck, or wider out onto the shoulder and upper back region. It can also be worn tightly around the neck, applying a gentle pressure on the base of the skull. Because of its versatility, the large is the most popular size.  Weighs 3 1/2 lbs.

The Small NeckEase is designed to hug and fit tight around the neck, applying gentle pressure on the base of the skull. If you generally get tense in this area, this is the best size for you.   Weighs 2 1/2 lbs.
