The LIFE 9000 Alkaline Water Ionizer has an SMPS power supply and nine flat or MESH electrodes so you can get the largest amount of beneficial antioxidants at the pH levels you desire.  Advanced fuiltration with dual internal filters means your water is also clean and ready to drink.

SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply):  This is the same type of power used to enhance the longevity of HDTVs and other delicate electronic equipment.  It regulates voltage by turning the electrical flow between on and off at a fast rate, so it doesn't constantly flow like with a standard transformer.  If current flow is too high, it gets absorbed by a pass power transistor.  These use a lot less power than traditional transformers.

Optional LIFE MESH Technology:  MESH Technology increases the time water spends on the surface of the plates, which increases the electrical charge in the water and boosts pH and ORP by five to ten percent.
