The DI (Desiccant Indicating) Dryer is designed to provide minimum dry air protection for small ozone generator applications.

The DI Dryer can be used either by pushing ambient air into the dryer or by pulling ambient air through the dryer. The blue moisture indicating media absorbs and retains moisture, turning from blue to pink as it becomes saturated. The moisture indicating media will turn back to blue as the moisture is removed from the media. 
 

Instructions

1. Mount the canister in an area close to the generator.
2. Fill the canister approximately 3/4” full with the enclosed media. Attach the 3/4 ” PVC tubing to the air “in” port on the inside of the canister cap. 
3. Attach an appropriate length of clear tubing (provided) from the canister air “out” connector to your air flow meter “in” connector. If no air flow meter is used, connect the tubing directly to the air “in” port of your ozone generator. a. If pushing air into the dryer, connect an appropriate amount of clear tubing (provided) from your air compressor “out” line to the inlet connector of your dryer.
4. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the proper installation of the ozone generator, and be sure to follow the “Venturi Calibration” techniques carefully.

This unit will need to be re-generated periodically.
