The Teeter DEX Hip Support Decompression and Extension Table allows for inversion therapy, exercises and supported hips.

With the DEX Inversion Table you can do back extensions and crunches to exercise the core or use the base for modified push ups, reverse dips and band work.  The ergonomic design allows for a more effective back workout without a high risk of hyperextension.  Your body is positioned to target your core, not the thighs.

Your body inverts in a position of bent knee and bent hip, which flattens the lumbar curve for better lower vertebrae separation.  It is user controlled and forward-rotating.
