The DEX II by Teeter is a hip support inversion table that allows you to decompress the spine, exercise the core and use the base for modified pushups, band work and reverse dips.  You may also be interested in the original Teeter DEX.

The DEX II features forward rotation, with inversion in a bent knee and bent hip position, flattening the lumbar curve for better separation of the lower vertebrae.  The ergonomic design minimizes the risk of hyperextension and makes it possible to work the core instead of your thighs.  You get a more effective back workout.
