Good vs. Bad Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)

Electromagnetic fields are present everywhere in our environment but are low in intensity and invisible to the human eye. Electric fields that create magnetic fields are produced by the local buildup of electrical charges in the atmosphere associated with thunderstorms. The earth’s magnetic field causes a compass needle to orient in a North-South direction and is used by birds and fish for navigation.

Electric fields are measured in units of volts per meter or V/m. Magnetic fields are measured in milli-Gauss or mG. The field is always strongest near the source and diminishes as you move away from the source.

Science teaches that all energy is electromagnetic in nature. Our bodies and individual organs radiate their own EMFs and our trillion cells communicate via electromagnetic frequencies. Disruption of electromagnetic energy in cells causes impaired cell metabolism, which leads to disease.
 

Harmful Man Made EMF

We are also surrounded with non-natural man made EMFs from power lines, computer terminals, microwave ovens, TVs, cell phones, hair dryers, electrical blankets and other electronic devices. Evidence is showing that these man-made EMFs are contributing to a subtle assault on people’s energy balances and overall health. This new form of pollution, “Electrosmog," has become a real threat in modern life since most of us are unaware of this and do not protect ourselves against it.
 

Beneficial Man Made EMF

These are specifically designed frequencies, applied in controlled ways to have more natural and beneficial actions to the body. For clinical or home use there are devices available for pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, such as the Magnopro. Research has shown that specific pulsed electromagnetic fields in low frequency and intensity (gauss) ranges increase oxygenation to the blood and improve circulation and cell metabolism. How to use the Magnopro

The Magnopro is designed for home use and self care. Safe and gentle, an overdose is not possible, but we recommend using the Magnopro no more than 30 minutes two to three times a day, as the benefits of each session lasts six to eight hours.

The Magnopro is quick and easy to use. It is not necessary to remove clothing, credit cards, or jewelry before using Magnopro. It is recommended to drink water or herbal tea before or after treatment. Simply lie down and select the program you want to use. If necessary, place the pillow applicator on the most stressful area of your body.

The control panel has five programs. This panel sends a voltage signal of 12 volts to the mat, which translates the signal through a set of copper coils into a pulsating magnetic field. This magnetic field penetrates the body in a very subtle way.



The five program buttons have all default settings for treatment time and intensity. However, the control panel has optional buttons to change the treatment time (5-30 minutes) and intensities.

The Magnopro system consists of a control unit, treatment mat, treatment pillow, and carrying bag. The control unit comes with a voltage adapter that needs to be plugged into a wall outlet. The dimensions of the treatment mat have been chosen specifically for use on a bed as well as on a chair. The separate pillow is provided to treat small areas of the body and is convenient to take along on trips, allowing continuation of the treatment.
