Free Shipping applies only to UPS Ground or USPS in the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for non-freight items on orders over $35.  Other options and locations are available. 

Shipping prices on some freight items and international orders will incur additional shipping charges.  For saunas, lift gate fees may apply and beyond point shipping addresses may require some shipping charges.  In some cases the shipping price may be reflected during checkout. Please call 1-888-742-3404 for a shipping quote, or if you place an order, we will contact you when we receive it to inform you of any additional shipping charges.

We ship worldwide - just let us know if you are outside of the USA.  You can choose to have us ship internationally as we usually do, or you can take advantage of the forwarding service below.  It's up to you.
 

International Shipping with MyUS.com - another option
