Replacement Ozone Plates for the LightningAir 3500 and 5000 keep your units running at their best.

The ozone plate on the LightningAir units requires cleaning from time to time. It is best to clean with warm water, dish soap and a toothbrush (be careful not to crack or break the ceramic plate or it will no longer function). Also using Fantastic with Bleach has been reported to work great.

DO NOT use oven cleaner of any other type of caustic cleaner. If you are trying to remove smoke, you will need to clean the plate more often. Also if in a smoke environment, you will be required to remove the front fan grill and clean the ionizer needle and keep the wire contact wires clean as smoke creates a sticky, tarry film over time.

Note: Each LightningAir 3500 requires two plates.
