A compact HEPA cartridge filters out the airborne particles, then the air gets sterilized through a chamber of two photocatalytic filters with ultraviolet (UV) light. Lastly, an activated carbon media filters out the harmful gasses.

The Neoair Cruiser does not require batteries, it simply plugs into your cigarette lighter socket to power itself.

What is UV Light Sterilization?

Ultraviolet light is one of the more effective methods of reducing and controlling airborne pathogens such as mold spores and mildew. For this reason ultraviolet purifiers are commonly used in hospitals. As contaminated air passes through intense ultraviolet light in the photocatalytic chamber, bacteria, viruses and most organic compounds are destroyed. In short, the ultraviolet light damages the DNA of microorganisms and renders them harmless and unable to reproduce.
 

HEPA cartridge and activated carbon

The HEPA cartridge traps particles as small as 0.3 microns like allergens, pollens, dust, pet dander and more. HEPA technology was developed by the military several years ago and is one of the most effective media for removing airborne particles. The activated carbon is designed to absorb several types of smoke and foul odors as well as certain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).

One year Manufacturer Warranty:  Your Neoair Cruiser car air purifier is fully warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for two years from the date of purchase. In the remote case of any sort of malfunction Neoair industries will replace the air purifier with a brand new unit.
