Neodymium Spot Magnets are easy to use and are designed to help relieve pain, bruising and swelling in small areas.

What sizes do I need?

Choose the size that will be the most comfortable for you.  Use a magnet slightly larger than the intended area for bruising or swelling.  Note:  We recommend magnetic supports for large areas like the elbow, knee or back.  For small areas you can use this simple guide:

1/2" magnets - finger joints, toes, face

3/4" magnets - thumb, big toe, hands, forehead, insect bites

1" magnets - neck, upper arm, shoulder, ankle, muscle knots, bruises
 

Applying spot magnets

These spot magnets can be applied using elastic wraps, medical tape or self stick bandages.  You may position them inside clothing over the treatment area and then stick another magnet on the outside in order to hold them both in place.  Slide magnets apart to separate them.
